Random Garden Ramblings

The rain has turned to sunshine at last and we have been in the garden most of the week. So I thought I would share a few of our garden ramblings, wine in the garden... and the odd cat.

"Fat Cat" is our neighbour's cat who has informally adopted us, and he always comes to say hello.

Wine in the garden on Friday night while Paws (our cat) watches on.

Shop viewers may recognise this location as the backdrop to some of our stock images.

The barometer was one of my 30th birthday gifts last year and overlooks our patio.

(The long standing camera situation has finally beaten us and now you can't take photos off it or take photos with it... so in essence it is just a viewer for 6 pictures of Simon's mountain bike he is selling in miniature on the display screen. However, tomorrow we pick up his new Nikon SLR tomorrow.... he is drooling at the thought already, and I am pleased we can finally get the pictures I need for the next few blog posts.)

    1. Thank you! Paws is a cutie (but slightly loopy!) and our neigbours cat is dignified and portly, perfect combo!

    3. My husband's head must be expanding! He spent most of last summer working away in the garden- glad his efforts have been worthwhile.

    1. Thanks Melody. Our camera bit the dust so I had to rely on my phone for a while and Instagram works wonders on phone pictures! But I am so please we now have a new camera and I don't have to rely on my increasingly archaic iphone.

    1. Thanks Janene. The cats are the best thing about our road- Paws doesn't seem able to scare the neighbours cats off (despite her best efforts!) I think she's too petite to be truly scary!
