This week we snapped a visitor to the cafe. We accosted her while she was happily enjoying a latte and demanded to know where she bought her bag... which led on to us capturing this week's vintage street style images.
Sarah wears a vintage inspired dress from TK Maxx by Yumi with black Converse, a Lord of the Rings necklace and an upcycled vinyl record bag (the vinyl in question being Frank Sinatra). It was the bag that first caught our eye, but the whole ensemble worked perfectly and gave a quirky yet classic and elegant look.
The bag was handmade by Sarah, apparenlty she has no plans to sell them as yet- however if she changes her mind I will be her first customer as I loved it, and it was incredibly well made (yes that's right we even asked to have a closer look at how it was made- we are that nosy!
This week has been a big week at Lesley's Girls with fine tuning to the shop, plans for the Etsy shop and the website; we have also started listing a few select pieces on eBay so take a look and you may catch a bargain! And don't forget it's THE SECRET VINTAGE FAIR next Saturday so you'll spot us there too!
