Down our road gin o'clock is a necessity now and then! To the point our lovely neighbour regulalry turns up with a jug of elderflower gin and tonic in her slippers! Got to love a good gin delivery!
Our favourite classic gin recipe has to be the
Millionaires Martini
Combine 1 shot of gin and 1 shot of dry vermouth in a glass filled with ice; stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled champagne saucer and top with Champagne or Prosecco if you would rather.... and enjoy
